Registration will be processed through ACMA except for complimentary registrations for conference sponsors*. All checks should be made payable to the Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs. ACMA is also able to process credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express). If using the registration form, one should be submitted for each person attending the conference (both fellows and preceptors). The registration fee is $39.99 (if paid by March 15) and must be paid for each attendee (preceptors and residents). Registrations not postmarked by March 15 will be accepted with a $99.99 late registration fee.
Please note: Any attendee planning on obtaining continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credit MUST provide his / her NABP eProlife ID and birthdate (MMDD) during registration. Under the requirements of the new CPE Monitor Project, no one may receive CPE credit without providing this information. Hotel registration is a separate process and should be done by contacting the hotel directly.
Although there are no refunds for conference registrations fees, registrations are transferable between attendees.
